In this case, business is personal.
My name is Lisa Wadlin Holt. I’m a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in executive leadership roles at enterprise organizations like Netflix, Walmart, and Ernst & Young.
This year, I “retired” from full time work. In addition to spending time with friends and family, I’ve endeavored to turn one of my passions — developing and mentoring other professionals — into my own coaching practice.
I am working toward my certification in Executive Coaching from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). For individual clients, I offer a range of coaching services that depend on their current needs. For companies, I can design and deliver leadership programs that can set your teams up for success.
Because coaching is so uniquely personal, even for teams, it’s important to pick a coach with whom you connect. I hope that highlighting some of my career and personal achievements will help you determine if my services are right for you.

I received my Masters in Accounting with an emphasis on Taxation from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (Go ‘Hoos!). I was a senior tax partner at Ernst & Young before leading tax at Walmart where I had the privilege of leading 600+ professionals.
Most recently, I served as Vice President and Head of Global Tax at Netflix, where I led a team of 120 colleagues.

From running to bike riding to yoga, I love being active and fit. You won’t find me slamming the creatine though, I participate in athletics for the camaraderie and the endorphins.
I’m up for nearly any outdoor adventure and travel. Recently, I’ve ticked off some bucket list items — the NCAA Basketball Finals and several F1 races. And have many more to conquer!

Ultimately, we do what we do and are who we are because of the ones we love. I’m a proud mother of two adult sons, married to my partner in retirement fun, and best friend to many from my high school, college, and career days.
I’ve included a few snapshots from my life. Like my clients, I’ve also had to navigate the intersections of my personal and professional paths.
